Otford Society would like to remind those interested in commenting on Berkeley Homes application for 500 homes plus offices at the Dunton Green end of Rye Lane that letters should read Mrs S Foot, SDC Planning Dept, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks TN13 1HG by the 5th June. Dunton Green Residents Association want the development reduced by half as they say the infrastructure cannot support the proposals and even Berkeley Homes estimate the project would generate an average of 2012 car/van movement per day.
