Otford Scout Group would like to thank everyone for the
huge support at this year's bonfire, their best ever, raising £1550 for
the continued refurbishment of the scout hut. Many apologies to those who unfortunately
did not get food due to an unexpectedly high demand for tickets on the night.
They look forward to seeing you all again next year. The scout group in Otford
is growing. By popular demand, in the New Year, they intend forming two new groups
of Beavers (6-8yrs) and Cubs (8-11yrs). If your son or daughter would like to

and District Wine Club at their meeting on 29th November at 8.00 in the Memorial

Vegetable Gardener’s Year’. Gordon has an allotment in Otford and
everyone who has tasted his delicious organic vegetables is eager to hear how
he does it. He has prepared three print-outs on vegetable growing which will
be distributed after his talk and the meeting is free to members but guests will
