2. RADIO will keep a watching brief on smaller development proposals and will act as and when appropriate.
3. RADIO believes that ruthless encroachment by developers is becoming a serious problem for the village and will concentrate on resisting such attempts.
4. RADIO welcomes and thrives upon support from the whole of the community.
5. RADIO acknowledges that there are other local organisations in Otford with wider remits and will always seek to work with them.
6. RADIO encourages community involvement through newsletters, its website, emails to members and promotional events.
7. RADIO accepts that it will come across obstacles and setbacks but will not give up trying to achieve its mission.
