The 2013 Otford Tennis Club membership year starts on 01 April 2013. Subscriptions are as follows:

Existing members should download and complete the 2013 Membership Renewal Form (PDF) and return it to Alison Dykes, 2 Ryecroft Road, Otford, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN14 5LX
Please make cheques payable to “OLTC”.
The form also can be used to enter the ballot for Wimbledon tickets, and to enter the annual adult club tournament.

For each child under 18 the Junior consent form (PDF) must also be completed by the parent/guardian.
