When is the Otford Village Fete?
The Otford Village Fete will be held on the Bank Holiday Monday 26th May 2008 from 1pm – 4.30pm. The Fete is held in the Recreation Ground on the High Street.

How do I get there?
Otford is well served by the mainline train service to Otford Station. The fete is just 500 metres down the road from here. [map]

Is there an entry fee?
There is the standard entry fee of £1.00 per adult, with children 11 and under free.

Is parking available?
Parking is available on the fete ground for a fee of £1.00 per car.

Is there a parade this year?
Yes, there is a parade this year and the theme for the fete parade is "That's Entertainment". The parade will begin from Hale Lane at 12:30 and will conclude at the Fete around 1 pm. This year a steel band will lead in the parade.

What stalls will we find at the Otford Village Fete?
The village fete always has a range of commercial and village stalls as well as a range of amusements to keep the children busy. As stallholders confirm their pitch they will be added to the Fete Stalls and Attractions section.

What food stalls will be available?
The scouts always do a great business with their bbq selling burgers, rolls and sausages in bread. There will also be the very popular tea room will also be there, with a great range of homemade cakes and biscuits and of course a refreshing cup of tea. Various other stalls and attractions also sell food items on the day.
